Ever find yourself exhausted after dinner, scrolling your phone, and wondering where the evening went? I’ve been there too. By the time the kids are in bed, I feel drained but don’t feel rested after mindlessly scrolling. So, how do we stop wasting our evenings and actually use them to fill us up?
