Panic and anxiety are often what keeps people stuck in chronic symptoms, and they are nearly universal experiences for people dealing with PPPD, MdDS, vestibular migraine, other medically-unexplained chronic dizziness, and other non-dizziness symptoms like pain, hyperacusis, chronic fatigue and tinnitus. In this interview, you will learn how the art of "being" instead of "doing" is the key to freeing you from the panic and anxiety. You will also learn exactly how to respond in the moment when you feel panic.
