This episode is a really honest one, because I’m right in the middle of a tough personal decision - whether or not to move across the country for the sake of my co-parenting situation.

It’s one of those moments where I have to ask myself, “Am I making this choice from fear or from faith?” And instead of speaking about it vaguely, I decided to share the raw truth in real time, because if sobriety has taught me anything, it’s to be honest.

I talk about what it means to trust spiritual guidance, especially when it feels like letting go might cost you something - your comfort, your relationships, your peace.

I reflect on the 12 Steps, especially steps one through three, and how they help me process not just sobriety, but life and big emotions.

This episode is a reminder that letting go isn’t losing - it’s choosing alignment over approval.

Here are the highlights:

Spiritual Will vs. Personal Desire (1:51)

Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous (3:49)

Choosing Alignment Over Approval (5:56)

Steps for Making The Right Decisions (8:03)
