Ever feel like switching tasks is harder than it should be? Like just getting out the door in the morning turns into a full-blown circus act? You’re not alone.

From stopping one task to starting another, or navigating the chaos of in-between moments, transitions can feel impossible. Fortunately, there are some things we can do to help ourselves.

  • Practical, ADHD-friendly tips to make transitions smoother, including how to stop, start, and survive the in-between moments.
  • How a simple routine before a transition can make all the difference (yes, that includes packing bags the night before!).
  • That for some reason a coffee mug that says "I literally can't" is a good motivator to start work for me.
