💰 When selling is wishful thinking – Just because you think something is worth a certain price, doesn’t mean the market agrees. We see this mistake in investing, real estate, and, well… selling a town no one wants to buy.

Schitt We Learned:

• Contracts are not “suggestions.” The fine print matters, especially if a certain local mayor has to approve your big escape plan.
• Never make major money moves in a panic. Just because you’ve been woken up by mysterious liquid doesn’t mean it’s the right time to sell your assets.
• Moira’s exit lines should be framed. If we ever decide to launch Financially Dramatic: The Musical, she’s getting a starring role.
• Cheeseballs are, apparently, aphrodisiacs. We wish we were joking.
