In this week's podcast episode, I opened my heart to share something incredibly powerful - the transformative journey of inner child healing. If you've ever felt triggered, overreacted, or struggled with deep-seated insecurities, this message is for you.

Our inner child carries wounds from past experiences, and these unhealed parts continue to influence our adult lives. Through my own story - from hiding Metallica t-shirts as a teenager to confronting my insecurities at a concert - I want you to know healing is possible.

Here's what I want you to do:

  1. Journal about what you needed most as a child

  2. Practice self-compassion

  3. Acknowledge your younger self's experiences without judgment

  4. Consider seeking support (I'm here to help!)

Remember, you're not broken. You're on a beautiful journey of understanding and loving ALL parts of yourself.
