Ways we experience being ONE

When we feel connected, love, profound peace, spontaneous joy, a level of focus where time "flys by", are all ways we experience being ONE in the present moment.
When we're worrying about what others may think of us or do, we are denying the fact that we're one. Anytime we deny the truth, we are creating suffering in our life.
There are ways of thinking and acting that support being conscious of being ONE with all that exists. One of the easiest to relate to is being focused in the present moment. We can do this by feeling our body, following our breathing, watching as thoughts drift into and out of our mind, or engaging in any activity that completely absorbs our attention.
The more we understand and appreciate how we can experience being ONE, the more we can choose to do that, and the better everything is for us.
