I’m excited to welcome Raza Jafri, a nationally touring comedian, onto the Stamina Lab podcast this week. As a comedian who performs upwards of 8x a week, performance (mental and physical) is something that Raza has to think about daily. In our conversation, we’re tapping into what it actually means to be lucky (and how to increase your own odds), Raza’s daily routine that has helped create resilience for him, his advice for aspiring comedians, and more. If you’re someone who works in a field that really challenges your mental fortitude, this episode is for you.
