Many give up on the way when the going gets tough. Erika Gutirrez at a young age of four loved dancing but gave it up at thirteen because of all the negative remarks she received at school. She shied away from taking up her passion dancing and didn't perform well in her studies and felt she didn't have the potential, she believed in the naysayers. As she grew bigger she found out through reading books of Ekhart Tolle and through coaching she had a great potential and she started her journey of transformation. She not only took up STEM but excelled in her studies especially Math where she had to overcome a lot of mental barriers and external negative feedback .She explains how she found her long lost passion dancing again and she was back on her feet and shuffle dancing. Now she tutors kids with both dancing and learning Math and is herself completing her studies in the university.

She is a great fan of Joe Dispenza and follows the Quantum Field Theory. Her mantra is to work hard, focus on the efforts and not on the results.

She says where your focus goes the energy flows! She thus proves that a Winner is successful because she knows where to FOCUS :)
