Meditation is SUCH a powerful practice.

BUT many people use it only as a coping mechanism...when it can be so much more. They use it only as a stress management tool and this is barely just scratching the surface.

One of the most exciting uses of meditation is where you use it to create targeted, positive changes in your mindset, and in your life.
