The characters that Seth Rogen and his co-stars play on The Studio might be fictional, but the Hollywood they inhabit is very real. Since the series is a show-biz satire, it’s not only littered with references to real people and real places, it features cameos from several Hollywood stars as themselves, including Charlize Theron, Ron Howard, Zac Efron, Olivia Wilde, Steve Buscemi, and many more. Rogen, who’s also a co-creator and producer on the show, explained to us why the production team insisted on including real-life stars on the show. (Click on the media bar below to hear Seth Rogen.)
