What does a leader look like? Are they made or do they find themselves by accident?

A leader guides and directs a group towards a common goal or vision. They possess qualities such as strong communication skills, the ability to inspire and motivate others, strategic thinking, and the ability to make difficult decisions. They also demonstrate integrity, authenticity, and a clear sense of purpose. A leader also serves as a role model and sets an example for others to follow. They are able to build trust and respect among their team members and create a positive and productive work environment. They also can adapt to change and handle pressure.

In this episode, I speak with Kristen Nagle, the Co-Founder of Canadian Frontline Nurses, a proud advocate of medical freedom. Kristen talks about her experience as a leader, what they are doing with Canadian Frontline Nurses, the three things that the CFN were accused of affecting with the protests and why people struggle to use their judgement and lived experiences because of social media. She also shares her experience with the Trucker Convoy and the trauma of being attacked by the police during the convoy.
