Episode 50 of the Balanced Bod Pod is here and I can’t believe it already!

Can you relate to this? You’re stuck in the middle of making a commitment, *kind of* putting in the work *kind of* avoiding it altogether, and getting zero results because you’re inconsistent with your actions?
