In our last episode (58) I shared my 2024 in review - the good, the bad and the unsightly. I shared that while I'm definitely feeling a bit of a hallmark ending to the year, the journey throughout the year was incredibly up and down and my year of EXPANSION in 2024 also came with inevitable contractions as well.
So in this episode I'm sharing with you my 2025 focus and my words/intentions for the year ahead as well as some of the goals I'm setting on my holistic goal setting chart. I have 2 key intentions for 2025:
