In today’s meditation we are going to remember and recognise that we are solar powered beings - the sun is our light, our warmth, our energy, our everything and so this time of year when the sun is at it’s highest and longest we seek to honourand harness our fundamental source. We will invite this solar energy to feed our Subtle Body, reflect on the growth so far this year and feel into what can blossom forth in the second half of the year.
