Losing a pet is one of the hardest experiences we go through. They aren’t just animals—they are family, companions, and a source of unconditional love. If you’ve recently lost a beloved pet, you might be wondering,

  • How do I move forward without feeling guilty?
  • When will life feel normal again?

In this episode, I’m opening up about my own journey after losing Tessa and sharing ways to heal, adjust, and rediscover joy while honoring the love our pets have given us.

Losing a pet is losing a piece of your heart, but healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means carrying their love forward while continuing to grow. 💛
