This series launched earlier in 2024 and throughout the year we’ve shined a light on stories of everyday heroes,
Ordinary people who are navigating life’s challenges and adversities with hope, courage, resilience, and love.

Helping the hero to strengthen themselves, and transform in ways that allow them to meet their life from a wiser, more skillful, and often more responsive place.

Lizi holds an MA in Counseling and is a Master Certified Coach.
She’s a gifted helper who creates space for those she works with to:
connect with their true selves,
feel accepted for who they really are,
and explore new possibilities for growth and fulfillment.
