It’s so popular in Hawaii that it’s considered Hawaii’s “hamburger and hot dogs” which can be found in most, if not all, supermarkets in Hawaii. Their poké bowls consists of a variety of bases, different types of protein (raw fish, chicken, shrimp or even chickpeas for our vegan customers), and an assortment of vegetables and fruit, topped with their signature sauces. A five-year-old food truck has opened a brick and mortar location in Harrison, a result owner Martin Casino said, of the demand his customers were asking for.
