Americans eat 20 billion hotdogs every year. The problem? Few know what they're made of!

What's worse? Hot dogs are also one of the least healthy foods you can eat. They are proven to cause everything from cancer to high blood pressure and obesity.

So, what's in a hot dog that makes them so bad for you? Dietitian Noah Praamsma takes an inside look at the ingredients and how they affect your health as he joins "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll on The Exam Room Podcast.

Of course, hot dogs are an American pastime that's synonymous with baseball. Noah also talks about the Major League Baseball stadiums offering healthier options for fans.
