About Virgílio

Virgílio’s life purpose is to awaken the true essence within himself and others, a mission he has passionately pursued since 2006. He creates spaces where individuals can discover their potential, express their authentic selves, and elevate their energy and environment.

In his retreats, gatherings, and sessions, Virgílio incorporates a rich blend of traditions and practices, including Shamanism, Psychology, Sufism, Neuroscience, Music, Dance, Voice, Tantra, Active Meditations, and more— all aimed at helping individuals awaken their true essence.

Since 2009, he has facilitated over 130 retreats and workshops, primarily in Portugal, and also in Brazil, India, and the Czech Republic. Currently, he regularly leads:

• Purpose & Vocation Retreats/Workshops (since 2010)

• “Ecstatic Dance Portugal” in Lisbon, Arrábida, and internationally (since 2014)

• “Mantras & The Healing Voice Awakening” (since 2016)

• Ritualized Retreats and Large Gatherings (since 2016)

Virgílio resides in a windmill house in the Arrábida Mountains of Portugal, surrounded by nature’s abundance, where he finds the inspiration and energy to continue creating spaces for “awakening the essence.”
