Shanda Macomber, founder of Be Happy TC, found her passion for paperwork and contracts when she was working as an office administrator. She often wore many hats in her previous role and realized she wanted to dedicate her time and energy towards providing a lasting, happy impression. From there, Be Happy TC was born! We opened our doors on July 5, 2014 with a mission of providing value to agents by being the most indispensable and knowledgeable transaction coordinators in the real estate support industry.

The real estate industry can be stressful and each transaction can be emotional. With that, Be Happy TC got its name as a reminder to all parties of the transaction to “Be Happy”. Be Happy TC wants those they are working with to have a smile on their face knowing they are in good hands with one of our amazing transaction coordinators. Our name should evoke a smile when you see our name come across your computer screen or phone; and take on the amazing impact this industry has on all that are involved. Knowing that Be Happy TC has impacted at least 160,000 people is something that they don’t take lightly. Be Happy TC, we are always happy to help!
