In this podcast, the third of five sessions on Digital Contracting for Net Zero, CLI’s Distinguished Fellow, Natalia Crnomarkovic was joined by Marko Misko to explore how lawyers are aligning Construction supply chains with NetZero and the growing importance of technology as an enabler in this space.

Marko Misko is a leading front-end infrastructure lawyer and partner with HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. He is chair of the sustainability policy chapter at Roads Australia and honorary General Counsel of the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia.
