Today marks the return of Eric Spector, the man behind Bellmade and Touch Grass Company. We had a lot to catch up on and go over; the networking and community-building aspect of kettlebell events, hard style and sport juggling workouts, incorporation of sandbags into routines, and the usage of heavy kettlebells, the evolution of the kettlebell community, the journey of building a website and customizing a fitness platform, and maintaining authenticity in the era of social media.
