I've changed a lot since I lost 70 pounds. The biggest changes I've made, though, are probably not what you think (OK, one of them might be what you're thinking!)

We are not talking about eating less, moving more, making sure we are in a calorie deficit, tracking everything we eat - NONE of that.

We are also not talking about time-consuming efforts like meal-prepping, making specialized recipes, or entering all you eat into an app.

We will discuss strategies that get to the root of why you are stuck at your current weight. They take very little time and are not complicated.

I didn't wait until I felt ready to lose weight to implement these approaches. I didn't wait until life was less hectic or pressured. I started when life felt like one upheaval after another.

What I talk about in this episode changed my body and changed my life. It was the best gift I've ever given myself.
