There is 1 big mistake I see people doing when they can’t sleep that is ruining their sleep even more. It may seem obvious once you hear what it is but almost everyone who’s struggling to sleep is doing it and they don’t realize that they can change it now, even though it may seem impossible.

If you want to sleep well again, this is the first thing you can start doing today to improve your sleep and it’s the first thing I work on with most of my clients.
