Join the crew this week as all four of us are back for a great deep dive episode. We go around the horn quickly to say hello and catch up on some housekeeping items. Greg coming off a few concerts and Corey still traveling but reunited with his family and coming home soon even though he is recording from the wilderness. First order of business is discussion about a famous comedian's breast augmentation. We turn next to the Olympics and the bizarre opening ceremonies with a promise to circle back to some more Olympic talk focusing on the events.
For the main segment this week, we do a deep dive on the YSL (Young Slime Life) Atlanta rap trials. Whether you're into rap music or not don't worry because this trial is absolutely fascinating on all levels. We go into some background of the rappers and how the case began. Bill gives a lot of great detail that may not be found in the media and Greg gives us a breakdown of the timeline of events and some of the legal ramifications of the trial. The whole event has made a mockery of the Atlanta criminal justice system. There are some cringe-worthy moments as well as some hilarious ones.
