- Chamomile – nerve tonic, good for stomach upset and a safe daily herb. Wonderful for children.
- Catnip – Not only for cats! Catnip calms and sedates us humans, is a terrific digestive aid, and sleep aid.
- Lavender – nerve tonic, great (in small doses) in tea, lovely added to a bath for relaxing properties – great to relieve stress and aids insomnia and headaches, anti-microbial and great for insect bites, bee stings and when applied via oil to the skin.
