This one is by request and I also love that it was requested because I think it's really important to talk about.
I'm sure at some point or another you've heard of objection handling - whether you've been told 'how to do it...', been on a call or in the DMs with someone who 'handled your objection', or maybe you've heard the stories...
There's a MASSIVE difference between talking to someone about their concerns and questions and the kind of 'objection handling' that is often referred to, especially in the online industry (we'll just use this as a whole because it's not actually just business coaching but it is common there). Making someone feel guilty, dismissing the validity of their concerns - especially around money, or pretending as though everyone should just be ready to invest/pay you instantly is not ok.
