In PART ONE of today's episode we talk all about the history of how our brains and nervous systems have been trained to believe that we need to work hard to survive when we're really designed to work in rhythm with nature, how society places value and worth on job titles and clocked-in hours, reframing the meaning of "work" into a way that aligns with living a fulfilled life, what happens neuro-chemically when we ponder the idea of leaving the traditional working system matrix, cancelling the idea that we need to hustle to be successful, and everything to do with undoing cycles keeping us stuck.
