If you're over 30 and still thinking strength training is about six-pack abs or slimming down your thighs, it’s time for a reset. In this episode, I’m breaking down why building muscle, improving posture, and training your balance is non-negotiable for women in midlife. We’re talking grip strength, shoulder mobility and how our tech-obsessed culture is wrecking our bodies and what to do about it.

I’m also sharing my own wake-up call at 51 after a car accident that showed me exactly why strength and balance training before you need it is your best insurance policy for aging well.
