Karen Statner is a Clinical Somatic Educator and founder of Somatic Habit, teaching you how you can relieve your own muscular aches and pains, and how you can restore easy, comfortable movement and inner connection for the long term.
She teaches weekly classes, 1-1 clinical sessions, workshops and offers an online membership. Karen is the Training Manager and a trainer and mentor at Essential Somatics, who provide in-person Clinical Somatics and Movement Teacher training programs around the world.
