Today, we explore discovering your unique ability and how it connects with the universe.

I spoke with Julia Waller, a unique ability specialist at Strategic Coach, who helps individuals uncover and embrace their innate talents. Julia explained that unique ability is present from birth but can be obscured by life’s challenges. Rediscovery is key to aligning with your true purpose.

In this conversation, we discussed the four levels of activity—incompetent, competent, excellent, and unique ability—and how working in your unique ability zone makes work enjoyable. Julia also emphasized that work doesn’t need to be hard to be valuable and shared tips on gaining clarity by stepping back from chaos.

Her reminder: “You are here to be you.” Embracing this is vital for fulfillment.

Topics We Explore:

  • The fundamental connection of unique ability with the way the universe works
  • The four levels of activity: incompetent, competent, excellent, and unique ability
  • Breaking free from the belief that work must be hard; It can be fun too!
  • How to gain clarity by stepping back from chaos and observing yourself
  • “You are here to be you”
