What are the differences between having influence and being impactful? How are our relationships a key factor in becoming an influential leader? This week we have a conversation with Brenda Knapp, a trained and certified leadership coach with the Knapp Development Group, focusing on achieving effective leadership through influence. We learn the importance of understanding that we BUILD influence, we don’t DO influence. Through our insightful conversation we gain tools that help us better define influence, how we can remove potential impediments and shift our focus to creating a flow of influence.
