Manage episode 418463501 series 3460143
In today's episode I had the honor to share the space with Christyna Johnson. Christyna is a registered dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image work from a liberation and person-centered focus. She enjoys helping folks (re)discover the pleasure of nutrition and building body image that is not focused on appearance. She provides clinical supervision to dietitians who are new to the field or new to eating disorders/disordered eating. When she's not being a dietitian she can be found reading a book, spending time in her garden, or exploring nature.

👉🏽Her educational journey in the health field
👉🏽Importance of intersectionality
👉🏽Public vulnerability not afforded to WOC
👉🏽Intersections of capitalism, consumerism, and food
