In this solo episode I talk about the importance of being your own cheerleader. Life can be tough, and while community support is invaluable, developing the ability to cheer for ourselves is essential.

Be your own porrista!

We must commit to becoming our own 'porrista numero uno' (number one cheerleader). Being your own cheerleader is a blend of self-awareness, positive self-talk, boundary-setting, and seeking external support. It’s about creating an inner ecosystem that thrives on self-encouragement and compassion. By implementing these strategies, you fortify yourself against life’s adversities and become better equipped to support others. After all, a well-nourished spirit can shine brightly in any community.

Feel free to share how these practices resonate with you, either through a DM or by leaving a review on the podcast. Remember, you’re worth every bit of encouragement and love you can give yourself.
