This episodes explores 3 essential ingredients to a good life: self-care, habits, routines and emotional regulation in your work.

Self-Care: Your Foundation

Self-care forms the essential foundation for a balanced and fulfilling life, to enable greater balance, inner peace, and joy in your everyday moments. I discuss my discovery of self-care during eating disorder recovery and what this looks like for me now.

Routines: Your Commitments

I talk on the importance of developing positive, lasting habits that pave the way to your version of success. Everyday practices that super-charge your 'autopilot', giving you a strong foundation to fall back on when life gets busy and demanding.

Career: Emotional Regulation at Work
