This week, I dive into the viral Mel Robbins “Let Them” theory — the mindset hack that’s been shared across social media as the ultimate solution for handling other people’s behavior.

In short, Mel’s theory suggests that when someone does something that bothers you — flaking, criticizing, pulling away — you simply say, “Let them.” It’s about radical acceptance and freeing yourself from the emotional labor of control.

But here’s the thing: something about it didn’t sit right with me. I get the appeal, and I see why so many people swear by it… but I wasn’t blown away. In fact, I think it misses something crucial — especially for women who’ve spent their whole lives people-pleasing, over-giving, or absorbing blame that was never theirs.

So in this episode, I offer an alternative. A new lens. One that still protects your peace — but also empowers your voice, your boundaries, and your self-worth.

👀 Curious? Trust me, you’ll want to hear this.
