Is Business Personal?

Bart Simpson and Matthew Nutt talk about why business IS personal to them in episode 25 of Marketing Momentum. We cover topics like how business is personal for them specifically because they are not only coworkers (boss & employee), but they are BEST friends. How does that effect them? Their personal relationship? Their work relationship? Bart explains that he thinks Matthew is the same guy inside and outside of work, while Matthew is convinced that he isn't. Bart commented that he "feels joy by being (Matthew's) friend AND business partner, it fulfills him" and Matthew says that "anyone who starts this journey appropriately, will NOT regret it".

You don't want to miss this great conversation about workplace relationships, personal relationships and the benefit of mixing them when you can. So Is Business Personal? Yes. And it should be.
