INSURANCE IN PRISON?

INDICTED AND FACING PRISON
I’m Dr. Marc Blatstein. I spent time in Federal Prison, and now I’m here to help you on your journey. After the video, for more, check out PPSRUS.com.

With work, I was able to get my medical license reinstated.

· Prison is Temporary.
Knowledge and Preparation will help build back the confidence you’ll need to get through this process.

· Since you’ve heard that the DOJ and Feds have been asking questions, their case against you is mostly complete, with a 98% Conviction Rate.

· Hiring a legal team doesn’t just mean they have experience; they also need a proven track record of successfully defending cases like yours.

· The choices you make today - will help you tomorrow.
Why?

Sierra v. Jacquez

  • An Example of Why You Need to Document Your FSA Credits: The Petitioner thinks (apparently not written and documented, plus he has many other issues) he has earned 365 days of FSA time credits and is entitled to immediate release. The BOP has submitted the Petitioner's FSA Time Credit Assessment, which shows That He has earned 75 FSA time credits.

INSURANCE IS SOMETHING WE DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR - BUT ARE GLAD IT'S THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT.

· On the outside, it is Home, Health, or Auto; in prison, it's Documentation.

· Consider detail when documenting everything that you do.

· This includes every meeting with staff (no matter how insignificant),

· Document each FSA Program you attend in chronological order, including other constructive things you do to increase your personal growth and development while in prison. Whether you’re a painter or drawer, taking your GED, secondary education, vocation, occupational trades training, or online classes through email, keeping a record of what you do can only help you.

· Why? If you are challenged or disciplined, your documentation may be your only defense - your insurance.

· All of your documentation or journaling makes up the famous Release Plan. Throughout your stay, it will show what you are doing to improve yourself. Your case managers may pick up on this and could influence them to recommend Halfway House or Home Confinement.

• As always, No Guarantees or Promises.
