Jerry is joined by tax auditor turned AI-powered automation expert, Tran Nguyen from Adobe. Tran leads the RPA and Emerging Technology Group at Adobe and discusses how she is enabling bots to assist in understanding the meaning of data found in tax and revenue-oriented contracts. Specifically, Tran outlines how RPA, OCR and ML is used to extract clauses (like termination clauses) from legal documents allowing tax auditor to “wrangle” an immense volume of documents, with assistance to focus only on the documents that need attention. Also, Tran's inspiring story proves that you don’t have to be an engineer by trade to transform how you employees work, using Automation.
