In this episode, I talk to regenerative urban farmer Steven Cornett based in San Diego, CA. Steven runs a successful market garden where he grows tons of vegetables, fruits, and microgreens in neighborhoods! He also incorporates animals like chickens, pollinators and thousands of red worms into his gardens. Everything Steven does is focused on building gardens that work in unison with nature. His mission is to teach people about regenerative farming and show you how to grow healthy food at home. To achieve this goal, Steven creates amazing educational videos on his Youtube Channel "Nature's Always Right" (link below) that reveal his entire process and journey.

Overview:

  • Steven's philosophy on farming and food
  • How to turn your backyard into a garden that works with nature
  • How to grow more in less space
  • These are just a couple of the topics we touched on.
