In this week’s Yes Mujer Build It podcast episode, I collaborate with Licensed Therapist, speaker, and the Heal and Manifest podcast host Cynthia Flores, where we discuss similar themes around transformational work, mindset, and what taking action looks like in the therapy and coaching realms. While therapy and coaching are two separate areas of self-discovery work, both are beneficial when working in tandem, especially in the Latino community.
