Do you ever get annoyed by those little things people do that just grate on your nerves? 🙃 Maybe it’s someone chewing loudly, leaving dirty dishes in the sink, or texting during a conversation.

Those are called pet peeves, and we all have them.

I’ve been thinking about mine lately—especially when it comes to my husband.

One of my big ones? When he answers for other people like he knows what they’re thinking! 😤

The other night, it happened again at dinner, and I felt that familiar frustration creeping up. But instead of letting it ruin the evening, I used The unSTUCK Method to help me process my emotions and move on—without causing unnecessary drama.

The truth is, pet peeves often say more about us than the other person. They stem from our preferences or sensitivities, and how we choose to react is really our responsibility.

In this week’s episode of the "You Can Handle Anything" podcast, I share the full story and how you can manage your reactions to those everyday annoyances. You don’t want to miss it! 🎧✨

Tune in and see how you can get unstuck from your own pet peeves.

Shira 💛

P.S. Pet peeves may never go away, but how we handle them can change everything!
