*TRIGGER WARNING - MENTAL ILLNESS*

In today's episode we discuss the romanticisation of mental illness within the media we consume and whether it has become over-normalised. We interview someone our age struggling with derealisation and how their first symptoms of mental illness were handled. We also consult a mental health professional to give us expert advice and input and helps provide us with concrete advice and resources for those struggling. As always we review the response to our polls on our instagram and give a more nuanced and intricate analysis of how the media we consume affects our psyche from day one.
