When you get stuck into the mode of doing whatever you can to support your fertility, it can feel like you’re never able to slow down.

Fitting in appointments, eating right, making sure you take all your supplements, exercising, tracking your cycle…it’s endless and there is always something more you think you should be doing.

But what if the opposite was actually true?

What if slowing down, doing less & taking a huge step back could lead you closer to your baby?
