Breath may sound like a disconnected area with our physiology and psychology, the ancient Yog️is knew this little secret that breath is life and life is breath. Thus, who is once a Yogi is always a Yogi, rather keeps getting deeper because the secret to regulating health at the very root level lies in the art of breath. While working on health front for any health concern, when we do everything that is needed be it diet control, lifestyle changes, exercise, supplements, medications or any other efforts, no-one ever told us the role of breath for anything from cold, cough, weight, gastric issues, constipation, inflammation, high blood pressure to even cancer. Most nutritious foods may become poison in a body that lacks enough breath, most effective exercises may not work and weight may not get touched until breath pushes all toxins out. However, knowing how to create right breath is a science and an art. The same breath that flows freely gives us everything from lean attractive body to beauty to a stress free mind.
