Komal is a Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda & Vedanta educator & teacher. She has studied with several teachers from traditional lineage, and has participated in many teacher-training courses as both student and teacher. She is keenly interested in the yoga philosophy and its power to shift mind-sets and bring about big life-transitions.

Komal is a diligent student of Yoga & Ayurveda & has the privilege of sharing her practice with yoga centers worldwide, in UK, Spain, USA and Chile, leading yoga retreats, teacher trainings, yoga classes and participating of large-scale festivals.

1. What brought you to yoga & Ayurveda? 2. How has been your experience, teaching & advocating traditional Hatha & Ayurveda practices on a western land? How open are people to adopt these practices in the west?3. How do you integrate Ayurveda principles in your yoga teachings in day-to-day life to help people live yoga than just doing yoga?4. What is your experience propagating Hatha yoga on a land where intense yoga forms like Ashtanga vinyasa are seen as more relevant practices?5. Since you practice Ayurveda principles in your yoga practice, what would be your advise to the yoga practitioners about designing a diet that can greatly enhance ones’s yoga practice?6. Agni or digestion is a key concept is yoga & Ayurveda & while the modern world is going deeper into finding compounds & nutrients to enhance digestion, yoga & Ayurveda look at digestion in a different way. What would be your advise for enhancing digestion the natural way with yoga & Ayurveda.

7. How prana energy can impact our physical & mental tendencies & how working with our prana energy can bring about big transformations in our mental & emotional tendencies. Can you help us understand?7. Lastly please share a few winter wellness tips with us from yoga & Ayurveda
