How open are people to adopt these practices in the west?3. How do you integrate Ayurveda principles in your yoga teachings in day-to-day life to help people live yoga than just doing yoga?4. What is your experience propagating Hatha yoga on a land where intense yoga forms like Ashtanga vinyasa are seen as more relevant practices?5. Since you practice Ayurveda principles in your yoga practice, what would be your advise to the yoga practitioners about designing a diet that can greatly enhance ones’s yoga practice?6. What would be your advise for enhancing digestion the natural way with yoga & Ayurveda.
