Before you listen, be sure to catch Part 1 on boundary basics. In this episode, your host Lindsay Poelman dives deeper to learn more about origins of hypo vs hyper boundaries.
You’ll also learn two ways to develop strong and flexible boundaries, embody knowing, and the importance of processing emotions before setting boundaries.
If you’re struggling with setting boundaries, remember that it is normal for varied reasons. Since birth, our connection to ourselves and our desires has been systematically stripped from us. This episode will provide insight and awareness around some of that and help you practice moving forward in reclaiming your sovereignty.
By the end of this part 1 and part 2 episode series, you’ll understand:

  1. An easy metaphor for setting boundaries for yourself,
  2. Boundaries at a deeper level and how conditioning plays into our struggle to maintain them,
  3. Why you may have struggled to set boundaries in the past, and
  4. Questions to consider and help you set a boundary.
