In today's episode, i'm guiding you through this New Moon meditation designed to balance your energy, bringing your mind, body & spirit into alignment with your most authentic self.

The themes of the Cancer New Moon: emotional healing, inner nurturing, home, intuition, and self-protection. It's a time to come back to yourself, check in with how you're really feeling, and tend to your inner world with gentleness and care.

Cancer is ruled by the Moon itself, making your intuition especially heightened during this time. Let go of the need to logic your way through decisions.
Tune in to your gut, your body, your dreams. Answers may come through feelings, not facts.

This guided meditation is Reiki infused and begins with a gentle body scan, followed by balancing of all 7 chakra energy centres, and finishes off with a visualization practice designed to to align you with your desires and intentions.
