In this episode of the podcast, I discuss ways that you can take control of your life to start loving yourself after experiencing narcissistic abuse or toxic relationships. This includes: 1) Stop allowing disrespect, and increase self-respect 2) You don't need to visually see yourself getting hurt to have evidence 3) Be prepared to enforce consequences and walk away from the relationship 4) Stop making space for things that do not matter 5) Manage your emotions, manage your impulses 6) Be discerning in the information you absorb 7) Consider taking a break from friends and family members stuck in toxic cycles
